An act relating to health facility financing.

SB 15, as introduced, Cogdill. Health facility financing: appeals procedure.
Existing law establishes the California Health Facilities Financing Authority and sets forth its powers and duties, including, but not limited to, the power to issue revenue bonds for the financing of health facility projects.
This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to subsequently amend this bill to include provisions that would establish an appeals procedure for health facility projects that are denied financing by the California Health Facility Financing Authority.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to subsequently amend this act to include provisions that would establish an appeals procedure for health facility projects that are denied financing by the California Health Facility Financing Authority.
