SB 923, as introduced, Oropeza. Local government: housing.

The housing element must be updated at specified intervals, and in updating the housing element, the local government must take into account regional housing needs for various income levels. Existing law permits local governments to conduct a review or appeal regarding allocation data provided by the Department of Housing and Community Development or the council of governments regarding the locality’s share of the regional housing need or the submittal of data or information for a proposed allocation.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
