WHEREAS, The Legislature met this day, February 16, 2000, at the Historic State Capitol Building in Benicia; and
WHEREAS, The event served to focus attention on California’s history on the occasion of its sesquicentennial anniversary; now, therefore, be it
Resolved by the Assembly of the State of California, That although the Assembly recognizes the positive attributes and historical significance of the City of Benicia, the Assembly shall reconvene in Sacramento on February 17, 2000.
